Color-Match Guarantee
Our commitment is to ensure that the paint you receive matches the color you selected. It is essential to confirm your chosen color before placing an order as we cannot process returns due to color selection errors.
Every order is meticulously crafted by hand according to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) formulation. While we strive for accuracy on the first attempt, if you find that the color is noticeably incorrect when fixing a chip, we will gladly send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost. In the rare instance that we are unable to achieve the correct color match, we guarantee a refund of your purchase price upon the return of the kit.
Please note: Some colors may appear different in the bottle compared to their application on the car, especially after blending. It is crucial to perform a few chip repairs before concluding that the color is inaccurate. If needed, you can always remove the paint from the chip if it does not align with your expectations.
We reserve the right to accept returns for issues other than color match.
Being a small business, we are unable to accommodate returns, unlike larger retailers such as Walmart. However, recognizing the challenges faced by consumers when a product doesn’t meet expectations, we empathize with your concerns. To assist you in making informed decisions, we provide comprehensive information on our website, guiding you in selecting the right kit for typical damages, especially for common stone chip repairs. Please be mindful of our 30-day return policy and test your kit promptly upon receiving it to ensure it meets your needs.
Replacement & Return Process
If you find that the color of your paint is not accurate, we might ask you to share a photo of the applied paint on your vehicle, as this often provides sufficient information for us to make formulation adjustments. Additionally, we may request a sample of your paint to assist in remixing it under your guidance. This process is designed to prevent sending you the same mismatched color again.
If we do request a sample, we’ll guide you to dab some paint on white card stock and smear it flat in a minimum 2″ x 2″ square. This allows us to properly evaluate the sample and work towards achieving the correct color match.
Please print and complete the return form (pdf) if sending the paint sample / bottle to us (we will figure out which one we need when we discuss it.)
If we request a return, please send back only the paint bottle, not the entire kit. A sufficient sample is typically all we need. Before initiating any returns or seeking replacements, please reach out to us via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. Including this number on the return form ensures that we can identify you and understand the nature of the issue upon receiving the package. Sending the product back without prior communication may lead to confusion and delays in providing a prompt solution.
